1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using FlowMarket, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website, app, search tools, account features, or alert features.

2. What FlowMarket Provides

FlowMarket helps users discover publicly available marketplace listings across supported sources, compare results in one interface, save searches, and receive notifications when new matches are found. FlowMarket does not sell the listed items, process marketplace payments, own the listings, or act as the seller, buyer, broker, marketplace operator, or payment provider for third-party transactions.

3. Third-Party Marketplaces and Listings

Listings shown in FlowMarket come from third-party marketplaces or public marketplace pages. When you open a listing, you leave FlowMarket and interact with the originating marketplace or seller under that marketplace's own terms, policies, availability, pricing, and buyer-protection rules.

• Listing prices, availability, images, descriptions, seller details, and shipping options may change or become outdated.
• FlowMarket may summarize, normalize, or display listing information to make searching and comparison easier.
• FlowMarket is independent from eBay, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace, Subito, Ricardo, Tutti, Anibis, Wallapop, and other supported marketplaces unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• You are responsible for checking the original listing and marketplace terms before contacting a seller, making an offer, or purchasing an item.

4. Accounts, Saved Searches, and Notifications

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the searches, filters, schedules, favorites, and notification preferences configured in your account. Notifications are provided for convenience and may be delayed, missing, duplicated, or affected by marketplace availability, device settings, network conditions, or third-party service limitations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse FlowMarket. In particular, you may not:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
• Attempt to interfere with FlowMarket's infrastructure, security, APIs, scraping protections, or rate limits.
• Reverse engineer, resell, bulk extract, or redistribute FlowMarket data or interface output except where allowed by law.
• Use automated tools to overload the website, app, or APIs.
• Impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, or submit false support or deletion requests.

6. Buying Safely

FlowMarket can help you discover and compare listings, but it cannot verify every seller or guarantee every transaction. Before buying, check the original marketplace page, seller profile, item condition, shipping and return options, payment method, and whether the price is unusually low. Avoid unsafe payment methods or off-platform arrangements when the originating marketplace warns against them.

7. Intellectual Property

FlowMarket's name, logo, website, app interface, software, copy, design, and original content belong to FlowMarket or its licensors. Marketplace names, logos, listing images, and listing content remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party marketplaces are for identification and compatibility purposes.

8. Advertising and Monetization

FlowMarket may display advertising on the website or in the app. Advertising helps keep the service available for free. Ads do not imply endorsement of an advertiser, marketplace, seller, product, or listing. Our use of advertising and analytics technologies is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of FlowMarket at any time. Marketplace coverage, filters, countries, schedules, search behavior, and notification features may change as the product improves or as third-party marketplace availability changes.

10. Disclaimers

FlowMarket is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that search results, alerts, listing details, prices, availability, or external links will be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowMarket disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowMarket will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses connected to third-party marketplace transactions, missed notifications, unavailable listings, seller behavior, payment disputes, or use of external websites.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to FlowMarket if we believe these terms have been violated, if account activity creates risk for users or the service, or if required by law. You may stop using FlowMarket at any time and may request account deletion as explained in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of FlowMarket after changes means you accept the updated terms.
